Alberta Speed School

Are you a new athlete to Alberta Speed School? We want to make sure that our club is the right fit for your track and field experience. Please contact us at albertaspeedschool@gmail.com prior to registering. We want to get to you know you and find out about your track and field dreams and goals.

Are you a returning club member? Please complete your registration as listed below. Start by registering with Athletics Alberta. You will need your Athletics Alberta number and a current Athletics Alberta membership to be able to register with Alberta Speed School. Questions? Email albertaspeedschool@gmail.com.

Click “Register Now” under the Alberta Speed School logo on the right hand side of the page. Follow the prompts to register.
Step 2. Register for your Alberta Speed School Club membership by clicking on the
link: https://www.trackie.com/club/2025-albertaspeedschool.
Follow the prompts to register. You will need your Athletics Alberta membership number to complete the club registration.

Registration for the 2026 track and field season is as follows:

Alberta Speed School Membership cost is $400.00 and includes the following:

Individual program design
3 training sessions per week, more if needed
Performance coaching
Advanced training methods
Team Gear – hoodie, hat, t-shirt, string bag and backpack are included with membership
Team Gear – Uniforms are available at an additional cost of $50.00
Team Gear – Long Sleeve Warm Up available at an additional cost of $20.00

How to Register for a Competition

Go to the website: https://www.trackie.com/
Click on the calendar at the top left hand side of the website
Scroll down and enter Alberta in “Location” and Track and Field in “Type“
You will see a list of track and field competitions.
Scroll down until you find the event you want to register in.
Click on “View Info” on the right hand side of the event listing
Click on “Register”
Start filling in the fields.
Sometimes the Memberships # defaults once you put your name in.
If not, you can do a membership look up. If still not email us, and we will have the information.
Once you select an event that you wish to compete in and an age category. It is VERY important that you enter a seed time. If you’re entering a track event, put your PB (personal Best) as a seed, if it’s a field event same thing, put your PB Jump or throw as a seed.
Be careful, just use the seconds & ms fields for seed times.
After you will get an email notification of your entry. You can always go back in and edit your registration from the email confirmation.
Don’t enter relays, we will do that on the day of the track meet.
