What a great competition for Red Deer track & field and the Alberta Speed School TC member Cassidy Bouchard. Cassidy has completed her high school Senior season “undefeated”. High performance coach Ronald Hewer predicted that Cassidy would win 2 gold medals but coach Ronald was pleasantly surprised when Cassidy won all 4 of her events.…

Not too bad. Alberta Speed School athletes came away with 4 medals today. All the Alberta Speed School track club athletes had personal best performances. High Performance coach Ronald Hewer is very proud of all of the athletes participating.

Congrats to the Red Deer track & field club “Alberta Speed School TC” and high performance coach Ronald Hewer for some outstanding results at the St Albert competition. Medal winners were: All of the athletes that competed in the competition achieved a personal best performance.
