Today at a competition in South Carolina Cassidy Bouchard ran under 60s in the 400mh with a Canada #1 ranking of 59.52. High performance coach said that she is heading in the right direction to hit the world U20 championships standard of 59.18. Congrats Cassidy !

Way to Cassidy ! High performance coach Ronald Hewer said that he strongly believes that if Cassidy can have a race with a good track , good weather conditions, good competition, and is healthy that she can definitely achieve the Canadian World U20 team by achieving the standard of 59.18.
