Jeremiah has qualified once again for the Canadian National championships 200m final. With a stacked field full of olympians high performance coach Ronald hewer says that he is consistently staying along side of the worlds best . His time will come. These are the little steps that it takes to step onto the world stag.

Katie Pasutto qualifies for the U20 Canadian finals. To be held on Saturday July 28. High performance coach Ronald Hewer is extremely proud of Katie as this was the goal for the entire 2023 season. Goal accomplished!

What a day! Eiley Morrison earns a Bronze in the 100m with a BIG PB. From 12.80 to 12.54. Aiden Saganis earns a BIG PB as well from 11.80 to 11.45. Ayden Shaw qualified for the 100m final along with Kylie Sargent in the 100mh.
