Congratulations to all of the Red Deer track & field athletes from Alberta Speed School TC that competed on the weekend at the Canadian U16 / U18 Legion national championships. Alberta Speed School broke a provincial club record in the U18 women’s 4x100m relay. Members were Claire Holliday, Blaire Campbell, Sianna Freele, Aisha Shave.
Alisha Shave also earned a bronze medal in the U18 100m hurdles with a time of 13.88
Our men’s 4x400m relay composed of Logan C, Harrison G, Emerson F, Cooper F. The boys finished 9th in Canada
High Performance coach Ronald Hewer said that all of the athletes participated well earning PB’s and life long experiences.
