Congrats to the Red Deer track & field club “Alberta Speed School TC” and high performance coach Ronald Hewer for some outstanding results at the St Albert competition.
Medal winners were:
- Sianna Freele – bronze ; U18 Women’s 400m
- Ryan Gonda – bronze ; U16 Men’s 1500m Steeplechase
- Nicole Jones – Silver ; Open women’s 100m hurdles
- Hayze Anderson – Gold ; U16 women’s 80m hurdles
- Harrison Grant – Gold ; U18 men’s 400m
All of the athletes that competed in the competition achieved a personal best performance.
