What a great weekend as a season opener . 12 PB’s and 4 athletes have automatically qualified for their national championship. A special congratulations to Cassidy Bouchard who achieved a # 2 ranking in Canada with an outstanding result in the Open Women’s 400m hurdles. High performance coach: Ronald Hewer was very impressed with Cassidy’s performance especially as a season opener. Cassidy attended the México spring break training camp which put her in great shape heading into the outdoor season.
