Harrison Grant won the 400m & 800m at the ASAA Central Zone championships on Wednesday May 29th. Placing first in both the 400 & 800 was the goal for High Performance coach Ronald Hewer, but breaking a 30 year old record was icing on the cake. Harrison ran the 800m in 2:04.80 breaking the 30 year old mark of 2:05.22. Harrison has now qualified for the ASAA provincial championships that will be held in Edmonton on June 7-8.
